Great winter Family holiday
Large (9off) multi generation family holiday making full use of the chalet. Youngest 3 oldest 62. Everyone enjoyed the accommodation, clean roomy 4 bathrooms, location ideal. Advice given by the very friendly and always available hosts was invaluable . Ski hire and lessons with transport included was the main purpose of the booking and everything went according to plan. Two of us went on the skidoo snowmobiles and that too was excellently organized and great experience, We also did the horse sledge and BBQ sausage and cheese with mulled wine

Great stay over Xmas - Stardust Chalet - Zakopane
Stardust Chalet Zakopane Xmas StayWe had an amazing week taking over the chalets four rooms.Maks was an amazing welcoming host always on hand to offer advice and book ski lessons and transport.The ski lessons were great with 2 x 3 hours meaning the majority of the party mastered skiing, whilst Maks also recommended more challenging slopes for the advanced snowboarders in our party. Taking into account snow conditions.He also recommended restaurants, thermal baths and other local atttaction advice.The chalet was clean, spacious and warm with a communal area to accomodate all 8 of us together to self cater when needed. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped, our only fault.25 min walk to Krupowski street, Nosal ski slope over the road for an easy couple of hours sking and the Nosa spa & wellness resort 5 mins walk away for gym, swimming and sauna for approx £19pp day pass.Maks and his wife were warm welcoming hots with amaxing daily cakes. Snowdoo ride in the mountains
We booked an hour on the snowdoo's, and was guided around fields on a hill by one of the guys who's name ive forgotton, it was lovely and had great views of the Tatra mountains, we were picked up and dropped of by the host, only wish we'd of booked longer, they also hire out lodges which we seen there, they looked absolutely stunning, and would recommend anyone wanting a mountain accommodation to look at these, only an 8/10 minute ride from centre of Zakopane set in beautiful mountains. STARDUST 1 CHALET ZAKOPANE 2025
I was over the moon with or stay in Stardust 1 Chalets in Zakopane, Mak's the host was fantasticnd and was more then accommodating he picked us up at late o'clock like the last bus at 1230 and dropped us back going home at stupid o clock 545 😂 lol, Helped us out with everything we needed for the week with snow gear boards and all the local shops and restaurants and not to mention gave us a free lift to and from the slopes every day to come home to freshly bake cakes for each guest 😀 Top Class service and the rooms so Clean and WARM when -5 outside rooms were standard 20 °s day amd nite ( boiling hot for a cold irish man ) lovely big self service kitchen area with games and books provided to chill out i highly recommend booking this place early guys because with service.like this it's always booked out thank you yet again Maks and all the Sowmads Crew.

More than we could ever have expected from our hosts.
This was our first full family holiday away together. This was organised by my wife and family. This was a joint retirement and 60th birthday surprise. The build up to the holiday was made very simple and easy with excellent communication from our Snowmad host Maks.He promptly answered any questions regarding every aspect of our holiday stay with them, he sent us extremely helpful website links to help arrange and organise every aspect of our stay pre, during and post holiday.Maks and his family were the perfect hosts and l would most certainly recommend to other members of my family and friends.We are now looking to book with Snowmads again for next year.

Would definitely stay here again
The chalet warm warm amd comfortable, and perfectly located for the nursery slopes which suited our group of (Inc small children) the kitchen had everything we needed and snomads were great at arranging things, providing advice in where to go and arranging our daily trips to the slopes. Conveniently located for small shops, couple of restaurants and coffee shops plus gear hire. Short 15/20 mins walk down into the main town. Our 1st family ski holiday!
A magical & memorable week in Zakopane. Maks offers a seamless and stressfree service from the point of booking to our departure. Maks shared his great local knowledge of things to do/see/eat during our stay. We stayed at the Stardust Lodge that felt like a home from home. Maks organised our ski hire and lessons prior to our arrival. Marcin was wonderful and had the kids whizzing down the slopes after 2 morning lessons. We came home to Rosie's delicous home bakes. The kids even requested her cookies for a 2nd time. Evey morning we were greeted with Mathew's warm smile. He was our punctual driver. All bases were covered giving me, mum, time to relax in the hotel pool/spa next door. Bonus points for posting my forgotten hat back to Scotland

10/10 Recommend: Seamlessly comfortable & memorable!
Spent a week at Stardust Chalet with a group of 9 friends.Organisation:Clear communication throughout the planning and trip via WhatsApp and calls made it easy to gather all the necessary information, request recommendations and suggestions, and supported with any queries or concerns. Welcome & Chalet:Cosy, warm and comfortable chalet with ensuites, small kitchen spaces all with shared access to a common/TV room welcomed with a big bottle of wine and daily cakes/cookies (really helped pick up our energy after long days out on the slopes). The fireplace was an amazing feature to help warm us up with a cake/cookie in hand, and to dry our gear overnight.The Ski/Snowboard:Rentals were easily sorted on the day of our arrival, a 5 minute walk away, lessons were easily organised (accommodating an additional day with less than 24hrs notice) for a private group. Daily transport to and from the different slopes (or geothermal spa) was flexible to our wants based on difficulty and conditions, with ski passes picked up with ease daily.For any recommendations and suggestions, they were completely supportive whether it was for dinner options, additional activities (kulig) and simply doing whatever they could to facilitate our holidays and make it memorable, relaxing and stress-free!!!

Fabulous lesson.
Fabulous one on one snowboarding lesson. Picked up and taken him back to our apartment. Great for equipment hire as well. Great communication. Would highly recommend this company..
