We feel good wine, beer and spirits are something that accompany tasty food perfectly and luckily both Poland and Bulgaria have a fine selection of both. After years of tastings and gathering local knowledge, we have carefully stocked our bars with what we enjoy best.

Organic Home-made Wines
We are proud to offer you a superb selection to savour and appreciate. One of the below will be available during your stay, based on the growing season and local supply.

• Red – Mavrud Grape – Mavrud is deep, complex and the torch bearer of Bulgarian wine artisans.
• Red – Rubin Grape – A personal favorite from the heart of the winemaking region known as the Thracian valley.
• Red – Cabernet & Merlot Grapes – From the foothills of the Rodopi mountains, a magnificent fruity blend of Cabernet Merlot.

Beers
We love beer! Cold beers will always be available in our chalets with honesty bars. Whether a fresh lager or something darker, there will be something to enjoy after a day of skiing. If you prefer a craft beer or two we may even be able to arrange a crate to be waiting for you on your arrival (more details will be in your MyBooking prior to arrival). Nasdrave! (Cheers in Bulgarian & Polish).

Spirits
Homemade Rakia: Double distilled over fire, our Rakia spirit is made from super sweet Muscat grapes. Pure and strong, one to enjoy after evening meals.

 Highlander’s Tea: Experience the warm embrace of Zakopane Highlander Tea. A truly enchanting blend of strong alcohol and tea that captivates your senses with its aromatic notes of forest herbs, vibrant juniper, and the subtle hint of mountain flowers. Creating a soul-soothing elixir that transports you to the heart of the Tatra Mountains with every sip.

You’ll sample a variety of these with evening meals in our catered Chalet Chico only. Chalets Diana-Ross & Supreme do not include drinks with evening meals. Honesty Bar available in Chalets Diana-Ross & Supreme only, but to experience a true taste of what’s available we highly recommend you get involved with our beer and wine tasting evenings.

For those in our catered chalets your chalet team will serve an earlier children’s meal, unless you have sole occupancy of the chalet. If you book the whole chalet and would rather eat together as a family, then it’s not a problem. Just make sure you let the team know when you arrive.

Our children’s menu is very adaptable, and when in resort the team will discuss with you how we can tailor meals to your children’s liking.

We understand holidays can be stressful, particularly if you or a member of your family has food allergies or special dietary requirements. So, as long as you note such things in your MyBooking account before your arrival we will do everything we can to cater for your needs. Over the years, we’ve had lots of experience in catering for guests with many different requirements; vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free or anything else, so are confident you won’t leave disappointed.
