IS SKI TOURING FOR YOU?
To go ski touring, you should be fairly confident on your skis and sport a good level of fitness and endurance. Keep in mind that ski touring trips are quite different than piste skiing. Also, a big portion of the ski tours will be spent hiking with your skis on. Otherwise, you will be briefed on all safety measures by our pro guides.
THE MAGIC OF LYNGEN
Forget about the lift pass or blue and red pistes in the ski resort. This is real backcountry terrain for the brave and adventurous. You will sweat, but you’ll remember. That’s our offer – are you ready?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Lyngen Peninsula is conveniently accessible from Tromso airport. Numerous airlines connect Tromso with major European cities. Upon your arrival at Tromso airport, our professional skipper will be there to assist with transfers, ensuring a seamless transition from the airport to the marina where the luxurious yacht, S/Y JOINUS, awaits. For those traveling from EU regions, it’s worth noting that Norway, though not a member of the EU, is a part of the Schengen Agreement, simplifying entry procedures for many European travelers.
Bring the essentials, but try to pack light. Medicine, drinking bottles (preferably made of metal), warm socks and slippers. You can bring your own ski equipment, but we can arrange equipment hire from Tromso.
