We have lift passes ready and waiting for you at your chalet, saving you a job and avoiding those queues on your first day. Blank lift pass cards can be topped up easily online from the comfort of the chalet for any number of days skiing using a debit/credit card. The pass will instantly be loaded and ready to use. This is a free service and the charge will be the same as at the lift pass office. Just another advantage to staying with Snomads to provide a hassle-free holiday.

If you’re in need of ski or snowboard hire, we’ve got you covered. Depending on your chalet you will use our in-house rental shop or we will sort transport to one of our local partners. Taking away all the stress from getting fitted; no pre-booking, no queuing, no hassle. At our in-house shop you can even enjoy a drink whilst we sort everything for you. Our in-house rental shop means no queues, no stress, and no running around town. Grab a drink while we get you fitted. We keep our gear updated and work with top local partners if you need something more specialist.

Fitting

We’ll fit you on arrival so you can hit the slopes faster. Need to swap gear or try something new during the week? Just ask. At the end of your stay, drop everything back at the chalet – done.

Everyone can benefit from a lesson or two, and we can help arrange these, from beginner to advanced to backcountry guides. We only work with a couple of the highest regarded ski schools in resort, which we believe deliver three vital requirements: experienced instructors, a range of ability groups and small class sizes.

A variety of lessons are available including mixed group, private group, or one-to-one tuition. For mixed group lessons, students will be grouped with others in resort of similar ability. All lessons take place in the main ski zone at the top gondola station, so a ski pass is required. We recommend booking lessons in advance of your stay to ensure you get the best options. Please note we will simply put you in touch with our recommended partners for lessons and the booking will be made directly between you and the ski school, with all information, meeting points, times and payment arranged directly.

The Tatry Super Ski Pass gives access to most ski areas around Zakopane and across the border into Slovakia, covering 87+ lifts in total.

Alongside the Tatry Super Ski Pass, some local areas operate their own individual passes. Once you arrive, our team will help plan the week around your group’s ability, the weather, and how much skiing you want to do. The right pass can then be booked online directly from the chalet, ready for collection the following day – one less thing to think about on your Zakopane skiing holidays.

All ski passes require a refundable 10 zł deposit for the hands-free electronic card.

*Pass issued when accompanied with an adult pass. The pass will have the same validity as the adult pass. Only one child pass per adult.
Please note that all passes are valid for consecutive days only, with exception of: 3 Days in 5 Day Period and; 5 Days in 7 Day Period.

Zakopane resort equipment hire

If you’re in need of ski or snowboard hire when in resort, we’ve got you covered. With our rental shop partners we take away all the stress from getting fitted; no queuing, no hassle. If you need something more specialist, we will pull some strings and get you the best deal.

Fitting & servicing 

On arrival to the Zakopane resort, our team will get you fitted as soon as possible. For those arriving late at night, everything will be arranged first thing the following morning. Less time hanging around, more time on the ski slope. During the week, if you have any queries, or fancy trying something more adventurous, our team will be happy to help.
 Personal equipment can be serviced if needed, just ask when you arrive.

We work with top-rated, English-speaking ski and snowboard instructors in the Zakopane skiing area. Our lesson package is designed to keep things simple and stress-free, with return transport to a ski area suited to your ability included. The standard package covers one full day, with the option to add extra days if you’d like. Children under 7 years old are taught one-to-one or in private groups. Learn more and book lessons here.
