Which venue should I choose?

Pulse Therme Bansko is in town — just 5 minutes from our chalets — with a DJ after 16:00, buffet included, and a lively atmosphere that makes it a great evening option. Pulse Therme Banya is a larger, more immersive resort-style complex in the village of Banya with a wider range of spa treatments. If you want a social evening, go Bansko. If you want a full wellness day, go Banya.

Is transport included?

Yes — transport is included in the ticket price for both venues. Pulse Therme also runs a free shuttle from three pickup points in Bansko town to the Banya complex, with departures at 09:20, 11:20, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, and 18:00. Return shuttles run at 12:15, 13:30, 17:30, 19:00, 20:00, and 21:00.

Is a buffet meal included?

At Pulse Therme Bansko, a buffet meal is included in every ticket. The restaurant is open Monday–Thursday 10:30–20:00 and Friday–Sunday 10:30–21:00. Note that bathrobe and slippers are required to enter the restaurant. At Banya, food is not included in standard tickets but can be added — the brunch at restaurant "Aperi" is €26 per person (11:00–19:00), or you can book a Cleopatra package which includes entry, brunch, and a face mask.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes — both venues have age restrictions. Pulse Therme Bansko is 18+ only; persons under 18 are not permitted. Pulse Therme Banya requires guests to be at least 14. Please bear this in mind when booking for families.

What do I need to bring?

Swimwear and a towel. Both complexes have lockers, showers, and changing rooms. Bathrobe (€8), towel (€3), and slippers (€3) can be hired on-site. At Pulse Therme Bansko, a bathrobe and slippers are required to access the restaurant.

What is the Cleopatra package at Banya?

The Cleopatra package includes full entry to the thermal complex, a brunch at restaurant "Aperi", and a face mask treatment. Weekday: €52 for 4 hours, €60 for a full day. Weekend: €65 for 4 hours, €75 for a full day. A great option if you want a more indulgent spa day.

Can we visit both venues during our stay?

Yes — many guests visit one early in the trip and the other later. They offer a genuinely different experience. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll schedule them on different days.
