The Tatry Super Ski Pass gives access to most ski areas around Zakopane and across the border into Slovakia, covering 87+ lifts in total.

Alongside the Tatry Super Ski Pass, some local areas operate their own individual passes. Once you arrive, our team will help plan the week around your group’s ability, the weather, and how much skiing you want to do. The right pass can then be booked online directly from the chalet, ready for collection the following day – one less thing to think about on your Zakopane skiing holidays.

All ski passes require a refundable 10 zł deposit for the hands-free electronic card.

*Pass issued when accompanied with an adult pass. The pass will have the same validity as the adult pass. Only one child pass per adult.
Please note that all passes are valid for consecutive days only, with exception of: 3 Days in 5 Day Period and; 5 Days in 7 Day Period.

If you’re in need of ski or snowboard hire when in resort, we’ve got you covered. With our rental shop partners we take away all the stress from getting fitted; no queuing, no hassle. If you need something more specialist, we will pull some strings and get you the best deal.

Fitting & servicing


On arrival to the Zakopane resort, our team will get you fitted as soon as possible. For those arriving late at night, everything will be arranged first thing the following morning. Less time hanging around, more time on the ski slope. During the week, if you have any queries, or fancy trying something more adventurous, our team will be happy to help.

Personal equipment can be serviced if needed, just ask when you arrive.

We work with top-rated, English-speaking ski and snowboard instructors in the Zakopane skiing area. Our lesson package is designed to keep things simple and stress-free, with return transport to a ski area suited to your ability included. Stardust I and Stardust II are built in the traditional, cosy wooden design characteristic to the Zakopane resort. It’s recognized as the first eco-chalet in the country – there you can take advantage of a personal kitchen or pay extra for a breakfast option. 

Our other 3 cottages are situated in a peaceful area, only 50 meters away from a ski lift. They are identical in amenities, but different in style depending on what you like – a modern or traditional cottage, or something in-between. 

The Polka Guesthouse consists of 2 houses – perfect for shared stays for solo travellers or small groups. Reach out and we’ll help you choose the best accommodation for you and your group’s needs.

We recommend bringing travel a pair of slippers and swimwear, if you plan on visiting one of the area’s famous thermal bath complexes. Additionally, travel insurance is recommended.

The Zakopane resort is amazing for beginners. In fact, the mix of gentle slopes, English-speaking ski schools and amazing après life make skiing holidays in Zakopane, Poland ideal for newbies.
