TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY SNOMADS
We will collect personal information that you provide to us when contacting us via our website, completing a booking form, filling out enquiry forms, subscribing to mailing lists, entering competitions, participating in market research, when applying for jobs with us and when contacting us both on and offline. The type of information we might collect from you includes:

If you apply for a job with us (for example sending us your CV or application form) the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Snomads and will be processed for the purposes of managing Snomads’ recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. We may also keep records of references received from third parties and of any other communication or correspondence between you and us.
We will automatically collect some information when you use our website including:
- Software tools such as Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, length of visits to certain pages, repeat visits and page interaction information (such as clicks and mouse movements).

On your return from holiday we may email you a satisfaction survey or request a review. This gives us specific feedback on your stay and data that allows us to monitor the quality of our stays.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Our legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate business interests, described in more detail below, although we will also rely on contract, legal obligation and consent for specific uses of data. With respect to marketing, if you have previously engaged with us for the provision of services and we are marketing other related services we will take your consent as given unless or until you opt out. Please note that where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. As a travel agent, we are exercising a legitimate interest in collecting and retaining the personal data of our clients and suppliers so that we can organise your holiday and provide you with the services promised. We also have a legitimate business interest in sending relevant and useful information about our offering and services to guests and potential guests in order to develop our products and services and grow our business. With respect to managing our recruitment process, we have a legitimate business interest in solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment.

It is important to be aware that unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We keep this information on our secure booking system which is operated by a third party which acts as the “Data Processor” and is fully GDPR compliant also. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions. With any suspected personal data breach we will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

- Ski guides/schools, Ski hire companies, lift pass providers and transfer companies.
- Our professional advisors including lawyers, bankers, accountants, auditors and our insurers.
