The water around Zakopane is drawn from deep geothermal reserves below the Tatra Mountains – rich in sulphur, calcium, magnesium, and silica, with well-documented benefits for muscle recovery and circulation. The contrast of cold mountain air and warm mineral water is just wonderful!

Which complex should I choose?
Termy Szaflary is better for a quieter, wellness-focused day with highly mineralised water.Chochołów is the better choice for families or a full day of variety including 30 pools, geysers, slides, saunas. If in doubt, go Chochołów.
What's included in the price?
Entry tickets are included in the booking price. Transport is separate at €30 per vehicle each way, up to 8 people. Food, drinks, and any additional spa treatments are at your own cost.
What do I need to bring?
Just swimwear and a towel. Both complexes have lockers, showers, and changing rooms. Towels and robes can be hired on-site if needed.
Is it suitable for children?
Absolutely. Both complexes are family-friendly with dedicated children's areas, water slides, and shallow pools. Children up to 100cm enter Termy Szaflary for 1 PLN at the desk.
Can I visit both during my stay?
Many guests visit one early in the trip and the other later. They're different enough to both be worth doing. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll schedule them on different days.
